After your free discovery call, you'll receive a detailed onboarding form covering your goals, history, schedule, and preferences. Within 48 hours, you'll have your custom training and nutrition plan delivered. From there, we communicate weekly via check-ins and you have direct access to message Griffin anytime.

How long until I see results?

Most clients start noticing measurable changes in 4–6 weeks when they follow the program consistently. Significant body composition changes typically happen over 3–6 months. The goal isn't a quick fix — it's building a body and habits that last.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you're a seasoned athlete looking to break through a plateau, the program is built around your current level. Every plan starts where you are, not where someone else is.

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
