Who is this program for?

This is built specifically for skinny guys who struggle to gain weight, muscle, and confidence even after trying different workouts, eating more, and following programs before. But I can also accommodate and am certified to coach those in search of Fat loss, recomposition, and many other fitness/wellness improvements, or those with specific limitations.

What results can I realistically expect in 6 months?

Most clients aim to gain 10–15+ lbs of lean muscle, add major strength to their lifts, see visible size in chest, arms, shoulders, and legs, and feel more confident socially and in sports.

What is online fitness coaching?

Online fitness coaching is like having a personal trainer in your pocket. You get custom workouts, nutrition guidance, accountability, and direct access to your coach - without being tied to gym schedules or in-person sessions.

How are programs delivered?

Your training and nutrition programs, as well as daily habit tracking, are delivered through my Superset app with demo videos included. This is also where you will be able to access 24/7 messaging with me, weekly check-in forms, recalibration call links, and a full resource library. You’ll train 3–6 days per week, and your program updates every 4 weeks based on your individual needs.

What if I don’t know how to do the exercises?

Every exercise has video demos, and you get direct form feedback so you always know exactly what to do.

How does nutrition work?

You get custom calories and macros with flexible meal templates - no strict meal plans unless you want one. Nutrition is reviewed weekly and adjusted to make sure you’re gaining.

What if I’m scared I’ll fail again?

That’s normal. This program gives you a step-by-step system, accountability, and coaching so you’re never guessing or doing it alone. If you follow the program as designed, results are literally guaranteed.

Do I need a gym?

A gym is ideal, but home and limited-equipment options are available if needed.
